Official Rules
-
Foursomes may not have more than 2 single digit handicap players on one team
-
Foursomes must not have combined Handicap of less than 40.
-
Shotgun Start at 10:00 AM.
-
Please arrive no later than 9:00 AM as we’ll have to walk out to our holes
-
Four Man Scramble is the format, with a couple holes that will change things up a bit.
-
All Par 3s will be played best ball, meaning everyone plays their own ball for the entirety of the hole, and the team uses the best score.
-
All Puts must be made with a wood shafted putter. Putters may be shared within a team. No modern putters to be in your bags.
-
Teams will be required to tee off with wood headed club for four holes to be determined on the day of the tournament.
-
Team Limit on Mulligans is four, with a maximum of two being used for the teams first 9 holes played, and last 9 holes played. (These are team mulligans with all team members re-shooting the same shot when a mulligan is used.)
-
Every Team must use 2 tee shots of each player
-
Failure to abide by the dress code will result in a stroke penalty, and requiring the entire team to shotgun a beer prior to teeing off.
-
In the event of a tie, a put-off will occur on the practice green, with the order being determined by your starting hole. (Lowest starting hole putting first). Teams will continue to put until the put is holed. If the first put is holed, rebuttals will follow.
-
Respect the course: repair divots and ball markings.
-
Keep up pace of play. If you play badly, do so quickly. It’s a scramble, bring plenty of golf balls so we don’t waste time looking for errant tee shots on neighboring fairways.
